# Northants Lymphoedema Clinic

> I began my training and practice in Alternative and Complimentary practices in 1995 and finally, I launched myself full-time as Kirkys Therapies in 2015.

Remedial deep tissue massage was my main focus for some time, but I found myself being drawn to working with manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to help people manage conditions such as; lymphoedema, lipoedema, CFS, ME, fibromyalgia, post or long COVID recovery and post surgical recovery (i.e. liposuction / lymph node removal).
